THE PEACEKEEPER STANDARD

A measurement infrastructure, held as a civic right.

PKnet measures the structure of each interaction at the edge, in the jurisdiction where the interaction lives, under the custody of the person whose interaction was measured. When any deployment recognises a new shape of harm, that recognition travels across the network as a signed protocol update. The whole federation is one interaction stronger every time one deployment learns.

COGNITIVE CUSTODY

The record of each measured interaction belongs to the person whose interaction was measured, or to an independent civic custodian acting on their behalf.

Population insight flows upward. Per-person and per-group attribution do not flow downward. Architectural, not policy.
