Frontier Alliance partners are not customers and not channels. They are organisations whose own existence is bound up in the same long-term question Blankstate is trying to answer — how interaction becomes legible at scale, and what gets built on top of it once it is. The work is reciprocal: shared roadmaps, co-authored research, early access to the measurement engine, and visible alignment in the market. The bar to enter is the bar of the work itself.

Advisory firms and domain specialists who bring Blankstate into enterprise procurement and co-close on strategic accounts.

Co-Sell partners are the firms already inside enterprise procurement — the advisors, the systems integrators, the trusted counsel who know which conversations matter and which are noise. They bring Blankstate into accounts where measurement has not yet been framed as a separate problem, and stay in the room through the close. In return, they get early visibility into the roadmap, joint pursuit support, and clear commercial terms on the accounts they bring.

Dedicated partners who own Blankstate’s commercial reach inside a specific geography or industry where we don’t staff directly.

Some regions and verticals are best owned by partners who live in them. Channel partners take exclusive responsibility for a named geography or sector and become Blankstate’s commercial face inside it. Selection is by demonstrable reach and existing trust in that market, not by paperwork. Anonymised listings are available where the partnership is more useful kept invisible.

Products that embed Blankstate measurement through our developer surfaces — making the protocol the standard by building on it.

Technology partners are the products that need measurement under the hood and choose to make Blankstate’s the standard they build against. They embed at the product layer — conversational AI platforms, agent frameworks, observability stacks, vertical software in regulated sectors. Joint reference architectures, directory placement, and co-development on the developer surfaces are what move this tier. The strongest of them set the integration pattern others follow.

Deploying the instrument.

Certified delivery firms that deploy and configure Blankstate inside client environments so the instrument becomes operational at scale.

Implementation partners take Blankstate from contract to running production inside enterprise environments. They scope, configure, integrate with existing data and workflow, and own the operational handoff. The firms that fit are the ones who already deliver enterprise software in regulated industries — they know the procurement cycles, the security reviews, and the patience an enterprise rollout actually requires.

Universities, civil-society institutions, regulators, and public-sector bodies run co-designed oversight programmes under the Peacekeeper Network — measurement applied to public-interest questions where independence is the whole point. Charters and findings are public. The programme runs on trust earned in the open, not on customer logos.
